Michael Staertow is sharing his Christmas Music CD titled Acoustic Christmas
Michael Staertow is the amazing Guitarist who played with Lou Gramm, last summer at the CNE Bandshell.

Photo of Michael Staertow, a Master of the Guitar. Playing with Lou Gramm, summer of 2013 in Toronto. Photo credit http://ccvic.zenfolio.com
Lou Gramm was the Lead Singer and Songwriter with the 80’s band Foreigner. Superb band. Amazing lyrics. Memorable sound.
Lou Gramm is touring again, after his battle with a Brain Tumor. Michael Staertow is on Lead Guitar. Close your eyes and you would swear that it was Foreigner up on stage.
Michael’s Acoustic Christmas CD, was recorded with Andy Knoll. No vocals. Just mellow Guitar and Keys. Perfect for get togethers around Christmas and New Years.
I have a post about the Acoustic Christmas CD on my Zenfolio site. Thought that the visitors to this site might also be interested.
It really shows off Michael’s range of talent. On stage with Lou Gramm, he delivers a powerful Guitar presence. The Acoustic Christmas CD is a melodic reinterpretation of Christmas Classics. Beautifully played, well-arranged and produced.
How often do you have a major Musician “sharing” a CD with their fans?
Click on this line to visit Michael’s Facebook page, where you will find links to each track. He recently had a post which featured links to all the tracks from the Acoustic Christmas CD.
He is an awesome Guitarist. Clearly a Master of the Guitar.
I’ll sum up in two words: He Rocks!!!

Photos of the Suzie McNeil concert at the Taste of the Kingsway.
Photos of Chuck D Keeping, drummer extraordinaire with Big Wreck and Suzie McNeil
Chuck D Keeping is one of those musicians who plays at the back of the stage, while keeping the beat of the concert pumping. In August, I caught this very talented Drummer performing with Big Wreck at the CNE Bandshell. Back in the summer of 2012, I had also seen him on Drums with Suzie McNeil.
He has played with Rock bands, as well as major Symphony Orchestras. See if you recognize any of the people that Chuck has played with, such as Suzie McNeil, Big Wreck, Prince, Jeff Healey and Johhny Reid to name just a few. A very talented musician and songwriter.
