Instead of making a bunch of posts with a couple of pics each, I thought it better to post the links to all the photo galleries for the NXNE Concerts. That way you folks can view all the photos within each gallery, if they want. There are a couple more photo galleries to setup. Will try to post process those later this week.
The musicians at all the NXNE shows were top notch. As the evening progressed on Saturday, the showmanship really started to stand out. Being able to play superbly is something different from being able to perform superbly and work an audience. They are two separate skills which I think are equally hard to develop.
The sound crews and roadies who quickly setup each act and quickly resolved any issues have to be commended. The NXNE Festival was extremely well run. If you get a chance to catch this festival in 2014, do not hesitate to go. I’d plan on getting to Yonge Dundas Square before 5pm to enure a spot from where you can see the stage.
