When Marcos Rodriguez Pantoja was  seven years old, his father sold him to a hermitic goatherder, who took him to the Sierra Morena mountains to help out an ageing goat herd.

What is most interesting is the striking contrast. He was beaten repeatedly by his Stepmother. Then sold by his father. Yet a female Wolve mother accepted him and gave him food. He received kindness from a supposedly fierce wild animal.
