Challenge your Comfort Zones and crush your fears.
Till H. Gross‘s TEDx presentation is fascinating. Laying down on the ground in a public place, sounds like a bizarre thing for one to do. Till first tried this at a Train Station, which was filled with people.
Disclaimer – Laying down in a public place “does not mean or suggest” to lay down in the middle of a road where cars and trucks travel. Where one can get run over by an automobile or truck “is not” where one should be laying down.
It may sound strange, but Till’s idea is based on about half a century of psychological research. It’s roots are found in Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

From the official TED websites:
“TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.”
