Photos of LIGHTS performing on Canada Day 2015 up in Vaughan
Yes, I finally caught a live LIGHTS performance.
LIGHTS was scheduled to play at WTFest in Brantford on the Sunday. It rained that day. I myself do not mind, but my camera gear does not like getting soaked. Vincent did not get back to Brantford on Sunday. Apparently LIGHTS did perform that day. Was rather unhappy that I missed it.
Then LIGHTS were scheduled to play at Yonge Dundas Square as part of a Pride Toronto event. Again it rained.
On Canada Day LIGHTS was to perform in Vaughan. When I checked the Weather Forecast on the Weekend prior to Jul 01, it showed that yet again there was going to be rain.
On the morning of Wednesday Jul 01, the sky was filled withe big dark clouds. By mid-day the clouds had mostly cleared. I started packing the gear into the backpack.
LIGHTS Poxleitner (Lead Singer) has an awesome, energy filled, stage presence. I had heard so many positive things about LIGHTS and was really glad that I was “finally” able to shoot one of their performances.
You must catch LIGHTS perform Live. Great Sound. Amazing Lead Singer. Don’t miss any opportunity to catch a LIGHTS performance.
