A Six Million Christmas Lights Display covering 43 acres of the 86 acre Chakalos Estate located, in Windsor Connecticut.  Every year, the public was invited to drive thru the Chakalos grounds to enjoy the show.

Sadly, on Friday 20 John Chakalos was found shot dead in his home. The Windsor Police Dept is investigating this as a homicide.

Mr Chakalos’s death is being reported all over the world, in part due to his generosity of creating the 6 million Christmas Lights Display for the enjoyment of the community.

Condolences go out to John Chackalos’s remaining family and friends.
